Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process after you have entered your address. If you do not enter a valid address, the system will not be able to provide you with shipping options. If this happens,we will contact you with a shipping quote BEFORE we process your order. All catalog prices are in CAD currency. All orders are shipped insured. All shipping is sent by ground. We only ship within Canada
Free Shipping Offers
Products with "Free Shipping Offers" will be sent via the courier of our choice. Offer is available only to Canadian residents in major urban centers. Rural or remote customers are not eligible for free shipping offers but we will credit part of your shipping total. When your order is not eligible for a free shipping offer, we will contact you BEFORE we process or ship your order to provide you with a shipping quote and to confirm your order.
Returns
All returns must be within 21 days of the day of the sale and goods must be in new condition and in orginal box. Store credit will be issued as we do not issue refunds. Any items that have been installed, damaged or modifed in any way are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. We are not responsible for any installation, loss of use or other incidental costs. A return authorization number must be attained from Fast Toys or returned shipments will be refused. No returns on special order items, installed wheels, software, ignition components, computer tuners, hoods, body kits or electrical items of any kind. Claims for defective goods or shortages must be reported immediately to courier and to Fast Toys. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping incurred on your purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
